Mount it on the wall, prop it on its stand, or lie down underneath it: the panel stays still, so you don't have to hold anything during your session.

How to use. Position the panel 15–30 cm from the area you want to treat — mounted on the wall, on its stand, or laid flat if you're lying beneath it. Use the included eye mask if the panel is at head height. Sessions of 10–15 minutes, most days of the week.
