PHŌRMA Flex Light is a flexible red and near-infrared light belt designed to ease everyday aches, calm minor inflammation and support recovery around the lower back, shoulder, neck, knee or elbow. It combines 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light from 85 tri-chip LEDs with gentle, adjustable warmth, five brightness levels and a built-in timer, so you can dial in exactly what your body needs and let it run.

How to use. Wrap the belt around the area you want to treat and close the velcro strap. Use the inline controller to choose your brightness level and session time (5 to 30 minutes), then let it switch off on its own.
