Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, in line with EU consumer law. The device needs to come back in a condition that allows resale — original packaging, all accessories.
To start a return, write to us with your order number and we'll send you instructions.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives broken or stops working, tell us straight away with photos and your order number. Devices are covered by the statutory legal guarantee for consumer goods in the EU.
